THE ART OF REVEALING YOUR HEART

Turning complaints into desires
liberating moments of closure into connection
.

When we begin to return to our feminine core and shed all the layers of closing and conditioning that aren’t really us, our emotions begin to flow again, old aches un-numb and we become more expressive. We begin to live from our feminine again; which means; from love, which is the truth of our heart from moment to moment to moment.

And that is wonderful! Yet, how do we then turn our aches into art? How do we offer our heart’s truth as a gift that creates opening and connection, rather than closure and separation, to our loved ones and the world? How do we not keep our emotions in Or project them out like a volcanic waterfall and learn to own our emotions & express them healthily? How do we express our deepest truth, form the core of our heart, in every moment and awaken our feminine oracle..?

The masculine leads by structure/direction.

The feminine leads with the heart; to let your body REVEAL what she is feeling.

Open your heart and Then the world and he will rise to meet you.

The heart (feminine) is first, the direction (masculine) follows.

This is the art, the yoga, the practise, the play!

It means learning to ground your emotional truth in the moment in our heart, and opening it as a gift.

To love what is, as it offers itself, without conditions or expectations. Without the past, the future. Here and now.

It means you have to stop complaining or telling someone what to do, but learn to get to the core and express how it makes you feel.

You’re not ‘done’, you’re scared,

that he won’t understand you or leave you.
You’re not jealous,
you’re insecure

you won’t be seen or good enough for him.

You’re not ‘fine, you’re angry
that he’s not present to truly see and feel you.

It is risky, and it is vulnerable and the sexiest, most beautiful divine expression of an embodied feminine.

This is what it means to express the primal feeling behind it. To express the deepest truth of your heart. And it’s how we start truly living from our embodied feminine expression.

Your heart will talk to your shoulders, to your hips, to your jaw. It’s not a performing, it’s a revealing. Expressing through your ENTIRE body.

By doing this, you’re making your rage, desires or grief inviting by making it something the masculine can relate to.

Make it a wide kind of revealing, not merely focussed at the him and get really clear.

No, he doesn’t just ‘know’ what you’re feeling. His nervous system is much denser than yours and he’ll be much more capable of taking this in. Remember this!

It means looking being raw and real, deeply trusting that golden gut-feeling of yours and getting uncomfortable.

But the rewards are less anxiety, living your boldest truth, deep heart-connection and mind-boggling, soulful love-making.. And I don’t know about you, but I’ll take that.

Then ego comes in.. it starts telling stories about what will happen if you fully open. It’s often not true. Let him feel what’s true in your heart and trust that he’ll love it. You just have to deliver it in a way her nervous system can process it.

When you think you’re clear, get clearer, more uncomfortable. No, he doesn’t know that one comment made you feel. No, he doesn’t just ‘know’ what you’re needing. Try and get clear.

Don’t hide your heart when you’re crying. Show it, open it. One step at a time, show more than you’d usually do. ‘Thank you, habitual part for trying to protect me, but no thank you’.
