A woman who lives from her feminine essence is radically receptive - open to receiving the masculine, life, and abundance in her heart and womb.
In this surrender, she becomes a Satiated Woman.
Yet this receptivity deepens still; she must learn to feel worthy - without any reason or condition - of every blessing, every gesture of love, support offered to her.
And in this softening, she becomes a Nourished Woman.
THE INVITATION
This retreat is a portal, opening you in the deep feminine that lives within you. An ancient knowing and power that is ready - so ready - to be awakened.
This retreat is an invitation to walk the feminine way - shifting from pushing and controlling, to creating and attracting abundance from your feminine essence - in life, love and business.
This retreat is a pathway, reminding us women are channels, muses, connecting the earthly to the mystical. Beings organically leading from their heart, not head.
This is for the women who intuitively feel the feminine path is nuanced, who’re ready to stop blaming the patriarchy and become an artist of embodied love.
This is a guided descent into your power - where layers will be peeled back, your truth will emerge, and you’ll leave as the soft, nourished love you are.
This is for the daughters, mothers, sisters ready to rise from the inside out.
This is a warm welcome into womanhood, motherhood and sisterhood.
THE LOCATION
Nestled in the heart of Portugal’s Algarve Mountains, the Rose Mountain Retreat Centre spans 48 hectares of lush, ecologically preserved land.
What makes it so special is that it’s a sanctuary inspired by ancient feminine lineages, providing a sacred space for women. The name itself carries the essence of the rose as a symbol of the Divine Feminine.
The accommodations include spacious double rooms with private bathrooms, cozy tiny houses with shared facilities, and tipi tents set amidst nature.
In between sessions, you can relax by the saltwater pool, move in the sunlit yoga studio or outdoor yoga deck, or find stillness in one of the ceremonial spaces. Wander through the expansive garden, take a hike along the nearby trails, or simply be, allowing the energy of the land to hold you.
The stewards of Rose Mountain are Melanie and Bas, who live here with their two children. Their presence infuses every detail of the land, and we feel deeply honored to bring our retreat to a place that so beautifully weaves together nature, sisterhood, and the deep feminine.
THE SISTERHOOD
We all need a sisterhood, a community, a coven. A group of women who mirror, reflect and inspire us. A circle to discuss what is present in the world and our hearts. A temple that offers a sacred pause in the busyness of life, where we are nourished – where we can soften. A space where all of us is welcome – as we are. A place to shed, embrace, cry, laugh, learn, question, shake, embody, awaken. A safe landing where we are held, can drop the masks, and return to ourselves.
We receive many amazing reviews after our retreats. One thing that touches the women the most, is the sisterhood they become a part of. Connecting to like-minded women in a space void of judgement and rich in encouragement, awakens a power, a remembrance, a love in us that we simply can’t touch just by ourselves.
Many women have been part of the community for many years and keep coming back to the retreats year after year. Whether you’re already immersed in or new to the medicine of sisterhood, there is a place for you here.
"I couldn’t have imagined how profoundly my life would shift after this retreat. It wasn’t just a few days away — it was a portal to a new way of living.
I rediscovered self-love, learned to trust myself again, and began moving through life with ease and flow. The experience felt safe, nurturing, and yet invited me to boldly embrace parts of myself I’d been avoiding for years.
The best part? It wasn’t ‘work’ — it was playful, exciting, and filled with wonder. A true initiation into seeing the world — and myself — through new eyes."

"Sarah is a woman from the earth, raw, true to herself and she’s kind enough to share her magic with your sisters, where envy and side-eyes don't exist, and where she holds us just by being herself, coming down on your knees crawl all the way down to pick us up, and let us shine not under you but with her. I love how she holds a powerful feminine and masculine space!”

MEET THE TEAM
THE THREE STAGES OF FEMININE AWAKENING
We unleash our voice, reclaim our embodied truth, express our full selves and open our throat.
We open our heart, soften the armouring, connect to another person or space and learn to veil or unveil our energy.
We awaken our womb, return to wholeness and inner union, connect to our devotion and liberate the moment with love’
1ST STAGE OF FEMININE AWAKENING
Selfish Expression • Descent into the Throat
‘What is my fully embodied truth?’
This is where the feminine path begins. We start questioning our conditioning, meeting the Wild Woman, Inner Goddess and Sovereign Creatrix within. We peel back layers, feel deeply, claim our bodies and desires, and open our voice and truth. Expression becomes fierce, sensual, free and unapologetic. Although this feels like liberation, it is only the first step. This stage is essential yet still immature, a necessary reclamation of self.
3RD STAGE OF FEMININE AWAKENING
Sacred Expression • Descent into the Womb
‘How would love liberate this moment?'
After claiming our voice, gifts and purpose, we feel called to surrender and serve something greater. The Mother awakens, offering creativity, devotion and compassion. We reconcile with the masculine and return to wholeness, guided rather than self-driven. Our lives become devotional, centered on what opens the most love and divinity in each moment. We respond with courage, compassion and presence. This is sacred expression and inner union.
